Lavender Lace Agency is a creative bridal sales and business development agency founded by Jennifer Roberts with a mission to provide simple, effective, and strategic growth solutions for independent bridal designers and lifestyle brands.


Jennifer brings more than a decade of experience in luxury retail, wholesale sales, and business development. She began her wholesale career as the Regional Sales Representative for Badgley Mischka Bride, managing a 29-state territory across the United States. She later helped grow Tara Lauren, a luxury bohemian bridal brand, expanding its presence through partnerships with bridal boutiques worldwide. Jennifer then went on to lead the wholesale division for Vera Wang Bride and Pronovias across North America.


Throughout her career, Jennifer recognized a growing need for emerging designers and independent brands to have access to experienced sales representation that extends beyond simply selling collections. Many brands needed a strategic partner who could help them build relationships, strengthen their market positioning, develop effective sales strategies, and navigate wholesale growth.


With that vision, Lavender Lace Agency was created.


Today, Lavender Lace partners with designers around the world, providing wholesale sales representation, boutique partnerships, showroom representation, business development, and strategic market support to help brands build sustainable, long-term growth.
